for some reason i cant download prime 95 and memtest dosent work it wont boot into and i got no errors with gpupi

As for memtest86,you will have to use a guide on how to make a bootable USB drive

Make sure you set boot order to boot from USB stick as first option.

k so i did all the stuff you told me and no errors do you know what else i can do to fix the fps issue?

CPU,RAM,and GPU are fine so i guess the problem is software,

Close all programs before playing.

when i close everything it still lags
