The voltage sounds...non-standard. Can you dial it back perhaps?

I'd start by using the mobo defaults on the RAM, and then testing it with Memtest86, your RAM may be refective.

Seems like you started to mess with settings you should not have instead of just enabling XMP.

Clear CMOS and enable XMP.

Does it work at 3000MHz?

Just lower the frequency with XMP on.

As someone who has a Ryzen 2600 i know how picky the memory controller of these CPUs can be,

Depending on the silicon quality of the chip,it can work with 3600MHz or not even work with 3200MHz.

Try testing the CPU with Prime95 with the Small FFTs option for a hour.

Try testing the GPU with GPUPI 3.3.3,Press Calculate then use the following settings:

32B HWbot GPU

choose your GPU in OpenCL GPU devices

Batch size: 20M

Reduction size: 512

Then press OK to start.

(Press cancel if a message about HPET appears)

Try testing the RAM with Memtest86.

Tell us if you get any errors while testing.
