Minecraft RTX with Nvidia Surround?

Does anyone have any information if Bedrock Minecraft will work with multiple monitors? I would imagine using Nvidia Surround it would be fine. If so, will running multiple monitors on a path traced game such as Minecraft RTX impact performance enough to make it not feasible?
