So my computer turned off randomly in a middle of a game and I wondered what was going on and I took off the back panel and touched the 24 pin cable then the computer turned on and I have since had the problem of if the 24 pin cable is in a weird position it turns off, and also I have tried to put the 24 pin back in multiple times and it still has not fixed the problem

So I have found out that only when pulling on the 24 pin it works

Is there a spot where the cable is bent sharply or rubbing on something metal? Look for creases in the wire, spots of wire missing shielding up against the case etc.

When you pull the wire, are you also moving the connector on the PSU? Maybe it's not plugged in all the way.

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

I will find your mentions of Ikea or Gnome and I will /s post.
