Configurating (troubleshooting?) B550 Aorus Pro rev. 1.0 (new system/build)

Hi! I've got few questions related to this motherboard. I was able to install Win 10 on this new build of mine, which was not so obvious because the installer could not see the drive itself(Samsung 970 Evo NVMe). I set the BOOT to CMS or something like that, then it was possible to find/select it, but now I've got some more issues to tackle.

(1) question:
leave it like this or switch it back to UEFI?
If I change it back to UEFI, will the computer fire/work normally?

(2) second question:
I've plugged fans into the MOBO header (sys_fan2), they came with the housing/splitter (Lian Li Lancool II Mesh) all three of them connect to the splitter and then one single cable/connector comes out and connects to MOBO. The problem is that even though I do "nothing", the fans keep speeding up to almost maximum speed (they are set to AUTO on the case). In BIOS, and everywhere else, it does not show the speed of these fans. Simply according to BIOS and system they do not exist and do not spin at all.

(3) thirdquestion:
the temperature on TMPIN2 is about 40°C higher than on the other ones. Is it normal? In a stress test on OCCT it goes to around 75-80°C, while the rest of them sits at around 30°C.

(4) fourth question: if I took pictures of the BIOS, is there anyone who is a specialist here to check if everything is set up as good as possible? For example, XMP isn't working for me, I have set a "Profile 1" and theoretically it is set to 3600MHz, but in fact it is still 2667MHz. The memory sticks are in the recommended slots - A2 and B2. They are BL2K8G36C16U4B (Crucial Ballistix 16GB (2x8GB) 3600MHz CL16) Additionally, after turning on the XMP profile, the system goes into bootloop and the only solution is to reset it. I pulled out the battery from MOBO itself, although I see a "CLR_CMOS" on the board.

That brings me to fifth question (5):
is it enough to shorten both pins with for example a screwdriver?
Will this clear the CMOS and save me from BOOTLOOP? The BIOS version is F2.

The rest of specs are:
MOBO: B550 Aorus Pro rev. 1.0
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
Cooler: Scythe Fuma 2
Thermal paste: Arctic MX-4
RAM: Crucial Ballistix 3600MHz CL16 16GB
GPU: RX460
PSU: Seasonic Focus GX-750
Storage: Samsung 970 EVO NVMe 500GB (operating system)
Case: Lian Li Lancool II Mesh Performance

Thanks in advance for your help and sorry for some trivial questions :)

P.S. If I would update the BIOS which version should I choose?
On Polish version of Gigabytes site I can download F11k as the latest, but on the ENG version only F10 is available as the newest.

This is F10(ENG):
https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/B550-AORUS-PRO-rev-10/support#support-dl-bios
And here is F11k(PL):
http://www.gigabyte.pl/products/page/mb/B550-AORUS-PRO-rev-10#support-dl Both in the link itself have the "rev-10" part, on the page itself it is visible only in the English version. (My MOBO is rev. 1.0.)
