Black screen issues then glitches?

Hi!

So i've recently been getting black screens every now and then. (happens on both of my monitors)

Basically my both monitors turn black randomly for 5 seconds and when they turn back on the apps that i would currently use (mostly chrome) glitches badly out so i have to close and reopen it again.

 

I have tried changing the hdmi cable and updating Nvidia drivers but nothing has helped

 

Specs.

Geforce RTX 2060 super EVGA XC ultra

Ryzen 5 3600x

16gb ram 

x570 Aorus i pro gaming

Power supply is 650w Evga supernova g2 or something.
