Wanna choose a nice secondary display

I have an LG 34GN859-B. Most games these days support ultrawide but for older games i need a 16:9 monitor. Nothing crazy with all the rgb. Just an a nice looking monitor. My preferences are as follows

• IPS is a must 
• Nothing less than 120 Hz 
• Somewhere between 22"-25"
• Moderate colour accuracy (Good enough for gaming and just some multi tasking)
• 1920x1080
• Please look for something with exactly the same height as my ultrawide because i plan to put it with my LG (you know the seemless bezel to bezel orientation)
• And of course not really expensive (250$-300$)
