cooling concern about aio cooling

I am new at having an aio water cooling on the cpu. the brand of the aio is cooler master and it is making a very loud noise, like air compressor loud. is that normal or i am just worried over nothing?

 

if that is a problem I have tired to rotate the cooler to allow air bubble out of the pump but that did not work  any other suggestions?

Could you record it and uploads it? It sounds a bit like a pump running without water
