GPU fans speed won't change!

Hey guys, I've got an rtx 2080s which I've been using for about 6 months. Up until recently I was able to edit my fan curve and fan speed percentage via msi afterburner but recently it decided that It change manually...I've tried many solutions but nothing helped.

 

I'm getting desperate.
