2 audio Jacks but headphones have 1

Hi so I have headphones that has a built in mic but my PC has 2 seperate jacks. When I use one I get audio but no mic and when I use the other I get on mic but no audio. I have a ASRock Pro btc +

 

What should I do?

Buy a splitter so you can have both. Something like this
