Dual fan Noctua NH-U12S?

I found this company called Noctua, they seem pretty knowledgeable on the NH-U12S.

The Noctua NH-U12S comes only with one fan. The exact fan that comes with the NH-U12S is the NF-F12 and is also available for purchase by itself. Does either the Noctua NH-U12S or the Noctua NF-F12 come with an extra clasp to hold two fans in total on the NH-U12S

Yes, it says on the product page that the cooler comes with two pairs of brackets.
