Chipset fans not running at all

I built a new PC not more than a week ago and I am noticing that the chipset fans are not running at all even when CPU has 100% utilization and GPU has 100% utilization. Should that be a concern? or am I just overthinking

My Specs:

CPU: R7 5800X

GPU: RTX 3080

Motherboard: MSI Tomahawk WIFI

x570 or x470 motherboard? Check for chipset fan in the bios

 

Some X570 motherboards have chipset fan curve in the bios that only spin when the temp reach 60c or specific temperature

what temperatures? CPU or GPU?
