Nvidia Graphics Card issue or Desktop issue

Having some game issues, game screens keep going black intermittently despite drivers and windows being fully up to date. Sometimes a PC restart fixes it, sometimes playing around with settings in Nvida CP fixes it (generally any change applied). Any idea what could be causing this?

black screen do you just have one game or all games ?

See if you can System Restore to a point before the problem began
