Will this system run fine with 650w?

Hello this is my first pc build, will it run fine with the 650w or should I upgrade to 750w. I want to try to OC a little bit.  
 

Power supply: Corsair TX650M, 650W PSU
Memory: Corsair Force Series MP510 960GB M.2 SSD

CPU: Intel Core i7-10700K

Mother board: ASUS ROG Strix Z490-F

GPU: ASUS GeForce RTX 3070 TUF OC

Ram: HyperX Fury RGB DDR4 3200MHz 16GB

Cooling: 2x 120mm fans and Cooler Master ML240R RGB 

System: Microsoft Windows 10 Home

rtx 3000 series has power spike issues, probably better to have the extra juice

That's even worse.

 

Why buy a crap PSU to power your 3070.  The TX750M works fine.
