Hi
My dad wants to get a new pc so I decided to make this build. This is a MicroATX build for around 1000 euros. It will be used to do standard work stuff like mails etc. But it will also be used to look at blueprints for construction work so I figured that a GPU isn't necessary since he isn't going to design his own blueprints nor is he going to play games on it.
Question if the 10700k is necessary for the required workloads, 10600k might be a better choice.
Otherwise:
Much better CPU cooler.
Better value for RAM in terms of $/GB, for productivity it could matter.
Don't go for Samsung NAND, huge price premium. Kingston A200 is still NVME and offers dram cache.
Better PSU for a few € less.
