Should I use stock termal paste

I heard 3700x stock cooler's pre-applied termal paste is sticking the cpu like a cement does. Should I buy some new termal paste or can I use it as is?

Any thermal paste will do this, just don't pull the cpu straight off the socket when you take it out

It's fine for cooling, just remember to heat your CPU up before removing the cooler.

That's correct. The coolers thermal paste grips hard. It is fine to use. I'm using it the now. Just remember the official way to remove these coolers is you need to twist it loose first, then lift.
