Trying to upgrade an old PC

I have my old desktop laying there and nobody’s using it. I thought of gifting it to my little brother who’s in high school, because I thought it would be a waste to simply throw it away.

 

Are there any parts you recommend me to upgrade? 
 

my only problem with this desktop is that it gets very dusty very fast. 
 

it doesn’t have wifi or Bluetooth built in.

what are you going to use it for. For web browsing that is good enough.

 

what exact motherboard does it have? You could get ryzen 3 3200g or 3400g for basic games like csgo.

My motherboard doesn’t have HDMI port only the old VGA which doesn’t look very appealing aesthetically. I’m also trying to have less cords as possible. 

But if you say everything should work fine, then I guess it’s not necessary.

put a gpu which has HDMI port. Used gpus are the cheapest new with HGDMI port like gt710 (check if it has it)

My concern is if that motherboard has enough slots to have SSD, HDMI, wifi card and a GPU.

Motherboard tier list. Tier A for overclocking 5950x. Tier B for overclocking 5900x, Tier C for overclocking 5800X. Tier D for overclocking 5600X. Tier F for 4/6 core Cpus at stock. Tier E avoid.

(Also case airflow matter or if you are using Downcraft air cooler)

( You can overclock Tier C just fine, but it can get very loud, that is why it is not recommended for overclocking, same with tier D)
