sure, just get a VGA to HDMI adapter. you'll need to figure out how to split the audio off though.

do you have a way to test to make sure the adapter and VGA cable work? ie another device with HDMI out?

idk why but starting with nvidia's 20-series, my HDMI to VGA active adapter stopped working, even though it would work on 900 and 10 series gpu

maybe it's something to do with HDMI versions?

can you verify what HDMI version is PS4 and your PC?

i have a suspicion that whatever chip the HDMI to VGA converter uses, it's incompatible with the newer HDMI standards, though i might be wrong

ps4 is HDMI 1.4, idk what gpu u got, but HDMI1.4 is pretty old and should work

dont think it's this, since 1070 and 2070 have the same HDMI version (2.0b) and my adapter works on one but not the other, hmm
