Low FPS please help !

i play Cold war, Tarkov, Squad, and GTA V. My frames are fine playing GTA V however the other three i get such a heavy frame drop 30-50 frames, that and it crashes the whole game. my specs will be displayed below if someone can help me decide what to change next or if there is something wrong and they should be running fine. Thank you so much !

 

Specs:

 

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3400G with Radeon Vega Graphics  3.70 GHz

RAM: 32.0 GB

Graphics Card: GeForce GTX 1650

What is your cooling system? That can have a big impact sometimes. Also is the GPU power connecter plugged in?

My Temps are fine and yes I believe it is plugged in.

Are your games running on that C drive? Very full drives can sometimes cause problems.

I would recommend freeing up some space on that drive regardless. Especially if its your windows drive.
