Laggy windows installation, and peripheral devices disconnections

Hello everyone, 

 

Hope someone can help me, just build a new pc ( not the first one i build but first time i have those problems), first of all even the installation was so laggy, that i needed hours just to type windows 10 product key never had something like that. After some drivers updates all looked fine and the systems run smoothly the most of time. 

A new problem appeared some days after the build, i have all my peripheral devices thats disconnect together a few seconds and reconnect( it happen most of time when im playing). 

 

The specs:  Ryzen 7 5800x

                    B550 Asus Gaming E

                    32 gb DDR4 G.skill trident neo 

                    3080 Aorus master

                    1 To Nvme Crucial 

                    750 nzxt psu 80 gold 

 Have checked all drivers all are up to date.
