Computer is just 100% Broken

So when I go start up my computer it boots to a low res like in safe mode and non of my input devices work. My keyboard and mouse doesn't do anything and in still in the lock screen. I booted into my bios and my my K95 stopped working, the lights are still on but no response. I grabbed an older keyboard and restarted my computer and I could control the bios but when I try to log in everything just Breaks and kills itself and I can't move anything. Safe mode Does the same thing and my computer was fine yesterday.

 

Any clue on what I should do?

USB keyboards can not work in bios if you don't have usb enabled. I would reset bios and clean install windows.

Reset CMOS and reinstall Windows, as well as making sure that none of your slots or connetors have dust in/on them.
