USB Mouse splitter?

So I just recently set up my recently built pFSense router as a Ubuntu box in my basement and I was thinking about adding a Mac Mini down here. Now, I'd like to use the same laser mouse to control both the Mac Mini and Ubuntu box so is there any sort of USB splitter available so I can control two machines with the same peripherials?

Not if he uses something like a USB switcher.

Or you can use a program called sharemouse or synergy. But I don't think they have support for linux. Still not sure, you should check them out.

find some old vga KVM switch and use that, usb is usually built into those and they arent very expensive

What he said, We used to use old KVM switches for using a single keyboard/mouse/displays to multipliable computers.
