Looking to build a reasonable build for my kids to play games on.  Looking to go with the Ryzen 3 3100, GTX 1650 Super, mITX Form Factor, 650w PSU, 16BG RAM, 500GB NVMe drive.  Thought on if this will do the trick or not?  Any other ideas anyone can throw at me.  Not looking to break the bank either.

Id look t a i3 10100, its  bit faster than the 3100, and normally a bit cheaper, esp in the F version

I have looked at that processor, but online the benchmarks I can find tell me the 3100 is slightly better.  A build i designed with it is slightly cheaper.  With all my setup do you feel it would do the job?  Also should be noted im not Computer stupid currently getting my IT w Cyber Security degree, and i used to build computers for myself and others but that was 10-15 years ago.  Lots changed.

Techpowerup cpu avegares show the i3 10100 a bit faster on average https://www.techpowerup.com/review/intel-core-i3-10100/21.html

Performanace wise ther epretty close so save the miney here, you might be able to get a better gpu which will make a much bigger difference.
