This school pc

I am in a new college school and I thought the computers would suck like they usually do, but considering the specs it does alright.

 

What surprised me the most is that Mozilla FireFox browser is preinstalled!

 

 

Hey, it's no Google Chrome, but it's on par with it.

 

The specs are okay too, as you can see, for Word...

 

This thing does fly though, I am impressed.

 

Also, nothing is blocked.

 

AND, coffee machine here, which is great, but I usually get hot chocolate milk from it.

2ghz with 2gbs ram and xp lol it will probs run better on windows 8 as its pretty optimized to run on low end pcs.

That's a million times better than what my CS lab has - thin clients.... We used to have actual computers that were pretty decent, but apparently the idiot IT kids needed them more.

I never actually worked with thin (or fat, for that matter, though that's a thing of the past) clients. Does it suck?

I've used them once because I forgot my laptop. I got nothing done because it was abysmally slow.

I can't stand laptops. I don't know why, they are just....ugh...

 

I find tablets much more comfortable.

 

Had 2 laptops, sold them both. (put me in debt but whatever.)

 

For schoolwork it's okay.

We have i5's in my art room and i3's in one room and the whole rest of the them have pentiums
