Yep.

CPU doesn't really limit your gpu choice upon compatibiliy- outside of bottlenecking

it will work, just expect performance to be far inferior than benchmarks suggest because the CPU couldnt keep up with the speed.

Well maybe the 3070 but perhaps the 3060 would be a reasonable pair in a lot of games

You can pull it to 5 and still face bottleneck due to core count and architecture.
