Best upgrade for $150

Ok I have an offer for $150 in newegg.com credit but I have to spend it in the next 72 hours or so. I am having a hard time figuring out what I should get. here is my current computer specs, tell me what you think I should get.

 

i7-2600k

CM Hyper 212+

Asus p8Z68 deluxe gen 3 PCIe 3.0

16BG Corsair Veng ram (4x4)

OZG Agility 3 60 GB SSD

WD Cav Blk 750 GB

WD Cav Blk 1 TB

Corsair TX 50 PS

Asus GTX 770 DCU2

Acer P235H Monitor

Go for a new SSD, 120GB or higher is recommended.

More SSD storage, or a new mech keyboard + mouse.

Either a 3tb hard drive or a reliable ssd (not ocz)

MY oCZ is over 3 years old and has never been shut off for more than a few hours OCZ is ok if you got an OK drive. Would love to get some more monitors but would have to find at least 1080 reolution much less size matching not really in that budget. Not unless Linus or Slick have 2 23 inch monitors they wanna sel for $75 a peice lol.

What makes a ssd feel fast and snappy is the random read speed and random access times. Raid 0 only increases sequential transfer speeds.
