Looking for a specific old all in one PC

Hey guys,

 

Around 2006-2007 a friend's dad picked up a couple old all in one PC's and I've been trying to figure out what they were. 

 

White case, 4:3 screen, 14-17 inches, and a PCMCIA/cardbus slot in the back. Anyone have any ideas? They may have been touchscreen or some kind of POS terminal. The whole PC was built into the monitor.

The way I would approach this is look for pics of similar stuff on eBay to see if you could get a make/model

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
