Need suggestion for my first PC build...

Country: Bangladesh

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: I am planning to use this PC for heavy web browsing, lite gaming, and content consumption. 

 

I've chosen the below two builds but confused about which system will perform better. I'll add a GPU later. I have keyboard, mouse, Windows 10. Please suggest me a build within 350 United States Dollar.

Stick with a 3400g for this, as its integrated graphics are far better than intel's

But if I pair a GPU later? Benchmark shows I'll get more performance out of i3-10100.

i3 is definitely the better cpu but it's igpu is much weaker so i would say if you can survive without gaming until you get a gpu it would be much wiser choice

but I am warring about h410m motherboard. I can't go for b460m for my tight budget.

3400g should do 1080p low just fine, so you can stick with it for a good while until you have enough saved for a decent upgrade
