unable to install windows 10

uhm i am new to this website so i am not sure how to use it but heres my problem ive faced , i have built a computer recently of around 2 days ago with my friend , however after building we are unable to install windows 10 on it . When trying to with a thumbdrive only a windows 10 logo came up with no task bar or anything
