Logitech G910 Orion Spark specific keys not working?

Hello everybody!

 

So my wife has the Logitech G910 Orion Spark, after 3 years or so the left arrow key and the "3" key (not numpad) stopped working.

 

We said alright after 3 years, that's okay we buy a new one > we bought a G910 again > same problem! 

 

Is there some kind of problem with the Logitech software or Windows? 

I tried googling but so far found no current issues.
