Big problem

I recently built a computer with the msi rtx 2070 supet gaming x trio with the asus b450 f moyherboard and there is no video singal the fans on the gpu are at max speed on startup and dont stop and the usbs dont work at the back of the motherboard

I'd get a b550 pro, or elite from gigabyte, if you have a spare gpu try that, is the motherboard outputing an error led?

Doesnt look like theres any error leds how do i know its not like a dead gpu?

you could test with another GPU, or another mobo, if you have one.

try it, if it still doesnt work, if it doesnt boot its likely your mobo
