$350? I'd just save that money for something else (GPU, CPU, RAM, ETC)

This should do you just fine in terms of audio quality https://www.amazon.com/Corsair-HS70-Wireless-Gaming-Headset/dp/B07X9W721J/ref=sr_1_12_sspa?dchild=1&keywords=gaming+headset&qid=1605191440&sr=8-12-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUEzRElPWjgwWjc4UThLJmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUEwMDY5NDAyMjdTUzBBRVBPR0xJWSZlbmNyeXB0ZWRBZElkPUEwODI0OTkzMUUxNEdBMjJMNUtCUiZ3aWRnZXROYW1lPXNwX210ZiZhY3Rpb249Y2xpY2tSZWRpcmVjdCZkb05vdExvZ0NsaWNrPXRydWU=

If you don't mind wireless (i mean there is a cord in the box but whatever) I would like to suggest the Logitech G935. I daily drive these suckers and they are pretty good. Not an audiophile or anything but the surround sound works great and the mic is ... eh. if you are going off of USD, a pair of G935s  will cost you 119.99 on Amazon, which leaves alot of headroom for a decent mic if you have space for it and want one.

PC specs:

Ryzen 9 3900X overclocked to 4.3-4.4 GHz

Corsair H100i platinum

32 GB Trident Z RGB 3200 MHz 14-14-14-34

RTX 2060

MSI MPG X570 Gaming Edge wifi

NZXT H510

Samsung 860 EVO 500GB

2 TB WD hard drive

Corsair RM 750 Watt

ASUS ROG PG248Q

Razer Ornata Chroma

Razer Firefly

Razer Deathadder 2013

Logitech G935 Wireless

990s are difficult to drive off a motherboard at least the good models of the 990 is. I would get the beyerdynamic tygr but if that is out of stock I would get the massdrop HD 58x. Both are pretty awesome for both gaming and music

Listen to @rice guru. And trust me. You don't want wireless for audio quality. My personal recommendation for both great sound quality and price is the DT 990 pros with the modmic 4 uni for ~50$ and the Sound Blaster G5 or Omni. This is the best that money can buy at that price for gaming. Not only gaming but for music as well.

PM/DM me if you have any questions about audio.

good in a different respect one is a closed back planar with a built in amp, wireless connectivity, software and a mic. one is just a straight up dynamic headphone that happens to image really well and reliably. if I were to pick one over the other for gaming personally cause I already have a mic , dont use software and prefer open backs and dont need the features the penrose has I would personally pick a 58x. but if you need wireless I would check out the penrose. I like the sound of the headphone before this the audeze Mobius. which the penrose aims and apparently succeeds at sounding like. the mobius had some cool software to compensate for its closed back nature and I did pretty well in games aside from its fundamental flaw which is latency. the penrose fixes that by giving you 2.4 ghz dongle to fix latency so that way you get less latency in wireless mode. Im not a fan of wireless while Im at my desk personally but if I had to go wireless I would probably end up using a penrose.
