Ok, so i'd recommend going with a 5600x. The CPU itself is more expensive, but, 
-You don't have to buy a cooler
-You can buy a cheaper MOBO ($120).
-Get a new case, a P400A digital would be much better for $10 more.
-Go for 3600MHZ CL16 RAM.

intel is worse in gaming than amd right now. change the build that it has 5600x and decent b550 motherboardl ike msi b550 A-pro.

 

Also that cooler for 10600k is not enough.
