Recently installed new hardware in my personal PC. Now having issues with Windows 10 (1909) not liking my video drivers. Once I download the latest drivers and software for my GPU, Windows doesn't complete the software install and proceeds to enter a boot loop.Upon entering safe mode I roll back the driver and the PC boots no problem then go to reinstall drivers and software and the same event occurs. If anyone knows a fix or a solution to my problem it would be of mass appreciation!

Maybe you are trying to install the wrong driver... running automatic software like DriverHub can't hurt.

Or you can manually check hardware IDs in device manager.

Is very hard to install wrong driver for gpu. You can try and install Nvidia driver for Radeon GPU - it's just almost impossible, you must force somehow to install unpacked INF file after few warnings that driver is not compatible. And for GPUs all drivers (updated) are mostly fine because they're universal (if you install Nvidia drivers for nvidia gpu or radeon for amd cards).
