Try disconnecting and reconnecting to your network. If that doesn't work try restarting your PC and unplugging/replugging your dongle for internet. If all else doesn't work just restart your router (unplug and replug)

no, my dongle has option to put a sim inside it for internet

no. i still have 150GB of data left, i checked it right now

restarting both will work but i cant do it all the time

Test SIM-card in phone or some other device to rule out it being issue. When I have this with phone, restarting phone fixes it. You can try to flush DSN with command line too.

If it doesn't work on other devices, I recommend contacting ISP/operators support.
