Ok it’s my first time building a pc and to connect fan molex do I connect the fans to the molex and then use the psu molex and connect that to the fans? (Many people told me not to use molex but idrc bout the loud noise).

Your question is unclear to me.

If you have fans that have a molex plug, you plug a molex connector from your PSU into it.

If you have fans without molex, use the 4 pin PWM headers on your motherboard.

Then get a fan splitter like this: https://www.amazon.com/JBtek-Black-Sleeved-Splitter-Converter/dp/B01EF9OI0O/ (or any of the 100's of different similar items).

That way you can control the fan speed still.

Okay the PSU should have at least 2 molex connector on it. The big one that have 4 pins, usually the cable there's the sata power connector on it.

About the noise molex fan are not controllable, so they always ran at full fpm. And they usually cheaply build so they usually vibrates a lot. The vibration usually caused it to shake the case and banging against it. Hence the sound you would be hearing

Y'know what. Can you send us a picture of those fans including their connector. I really want to know if they are molex or pwm fans.
