For $400 I wouldn't reccomend going new TBH. I'd get a console or look for used parts. anyways, for $30-$40 I wouldn't even consider airflow. If you have enough budget, I'd reccomend expanding to $60 and getting the cooler master Masterbox MB311L Mesh. Comes with two fans preinstalled.

I am NOT a professional and a lot of the time what I'm saying is based on limited knowledge and experience. I'm going to be incorrect at times.

I'm building this to replace my console as I have a lot more PC games. I'll look into that case tho

If you're a true thrift seeker, you can go to local internet/LAN cafes and ask for cases they don't use anymore. I got one for $5 that only needed a couple standoffs to pull off.

For $400 as mentioned, looking for used parts is a great idea.

Otherwise this is a non-terrible $30 case.

Also, the GPU and CPU are used. Any suggestions for other parts that would help me save more if I bought used?

Build seems alright. I would use an SSD with DRAM cache though, like this one https://pcpartpicker.com/product/n4PKHx/crucial-mx500-250gb-m2-2280-solid-state-drive-ct250mx500ssd4

If you can budget for it it will give you a snappier OS experience.p

You could save a buck or two by going with used ram. You can go for a used psu, but It probably isn't worth it. Maybe shop around though. Who knows? Also, Go for a mx500 for the ssd.

I'll use that. Also, does the Fractal Design case come with fans?
