bios problem please help

so I've recently just built a brand new gaming pc my motherboard is the gigabyte Aorus b550 pro ac everything is working fine however i cant get into the bios every time I click the delete key to get into bios the screen just goes black I've tried resetting the cmos values but the same thing happens but this time a window pops up saying the I should reconfigure bios setup items if needed what do i do please help.

If you press F12 for the boot menu does it give you an option to enter the BIOS from there?
