I would recommend the EVGA variant. The ACX cooler is an amazing cooler, producing tons of cooling, at a quiet level.

The FTW, SC, and Classified variants are even better if you are able to pay a little bit more.

EVGA also has some of the BEST technical support.

IMO the classified isn't that worth it. You're paying $50 more for a little more performance. Get a 780 Superclocked, and OC it more.

The double-nice thing about EVGAs card is that they don't mind you taking off the cooler. It won't void your warrenty.

However, everything but the Classy uses a reference PCB, so if that means a lot to you the Asus DirectCUII model is a bit cheaper with a hefty cooler and a lot of overclocking headroom

The classifieds on top of being awesomely cool, are cherry picked for performance.

I run one in my rig right now :)
Looking into getting a second :D

Definitely go with the ASUS GTX 780 DCUII http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DWV3NM6. It comes with a custom PCB, great VRM cooling, and the quietest and most efficient cooler on the market.

Coolest and most silent? Asus without a doubt.

They have made several tests. EVGA is slightly faster, asus is cooler and more silent.

Thanks for the quick reply. I was looking at the classified one so yeah.

i have the FTW Acx and so far it is very quiet and kicks azz. And i agree with Tryphaa, the classified isn't neccesarily worth the extra money. When i was looking to buy my card i was told that multiple times, but if you have the money to spend on it and it doesn't bother you paying more to get that little boost, then you have a choice to make.
