Radeon Host Application constant 10% cpu usage

So i updated my drivers to the newest version (20.10.1) and everything seemed fine, until i opened task manager and was that it was using around 10-15% of the cpu, while doing NOTHING. I have ReLive disabled and all that. the only thing i have set is a custom silent fan curve, but nothing more. Ive looked around for people with similare problems but those "fixes" didnt help me in any way.

So do anyone know why it does this?

I did a search for it online and found this. See if it helps.

"Go to This PC/Videos and create a folder with name Radeon ReLive. After end radeon software process and start radeon application again"

It worked for other people so maybe it will work for you.

Yeah found a bunch of those too. tried it, but to no fix. I previously had the real "video" folder on my 500gb HDD instead of my main SSD, just to save space from all the gamebar clips etc so i dont know if that really is the cause.
