Apple TV 3 Keeps Asking for Password Every Time

My Dad has an Apple TV 3 and every time it is turned on, it asks for his password. It also will not play any shows on Apple TV+ even though he has a subscription and they play on his iPhone and iPad. All devices are under the same Apple ID as well. Any ideas?

How many people are using his Apple TV subscriptions? 

 

Too many people streaming and it'll likely start checking your password.
