It should have it too.

What you might have heard is the month of exclusivity on DLC maps, which has always been the case (in the past with Xbox console, since a few years with PlayStation consoles).

 

The official website does not make any mention of there not being zombies on PC: https://www.callofduty.com/blackopscoldwar/zombies#

I heard something that Zombies Onslaught was PS5 exclusive.
