Yes, but exactly what you should buy depends on your usecase. Supermicro has a huge selection of riser cards, so I'd pick one that fits your needs, then search around online for where to buy it.

This thread might very well be of interest to you: 

Look up PCIE bifurcation and M.2 PCIE adapter (both ways around).

 

Of course keep in mind your platform (CPU) needs to support the bifurcation and also keep in mind a PCIE slot has data lanes and also some power.
