Hi. Got A new laptop (picked it up on sale for 2200 au) https://www.jbhifi.com.au/products/dell-g5-15-15-6-full-hd-144hz-gaming-laptop-i7-rtx-2070

 

And uhh Like the rest of the internet they complain of a g5 having bad cooling?

 

this is no exception 100c cpu and 78c gpu I need help to fix this.. I came up with a temporary 'upgrade' I just disabled intel turbo boost so now its locked at 2.6ghz

which is kinda annoying but now I get good temps! 

I wanna live stream Apex Legends without lag xd so I need a good cpu

you could try taking it apart and cleaning it out, while you;re in there you could also try replacing the thermal paste with something better.

those are sadly the only two things you could do without completely harming the laptop functionality.
