Migrating Storage Space (Pool)

Hey guys, little bit of a noob here. I am looking to repurpose my server and migrate it from Windows Server 2016 to Windows 10. I have a storage pool/space with 3 disks in RAID 0 (please don't judge) with 12TB of movies and tv shows I have collected over the years. I read somewhere that the RAID configuration is stored on the physical devices and not attached to the OS? Is this correct? Can I simply plug these drives into Windows 10 and still retain my storage space? Thanks!

Yes that is correct.

I've done a 6 disk move of a Storage Spaces pool before and Windows picked up the transferred pool without any further intervention from me.

Not saying that will happen in every case but if everything works like it should at most you might have to put the hardware drives "online" in Disk Management.
