Idk what category I would fall in, but I would assume overweight, sadly.

I dunno it says over 25 would be overwieght, I'm definitely on the upper end but I don't really trust those BMI guides, I'm quite lean so I'm guessing its mostly muscle.

Well I'm 6', 300lbs. But I roof, walk around with 50-250lbs with me on an incline all day and can pick most things up with one arm. Have to throw all that weight off the roof into a dump truck, so I'm pretty strong. Most people say they are surprised if I am even 250lbs, I don't look 300.

 

Bmi is a horrible thing to go by by the way. It doesn't take muscle to fat ratio into consideration. 300lbs of fat is different than 300lbs of muscle. I've seen guys a lot larger than me who weigh less.

19.9 BMI.  I guess that's healthy considering people say I look 100 lbs when I'm 135 :)

I could lose a few pounds I'm not going to lie, don't know what my BMI is but I'm about 15 kilos over weight.
