need 2nd monitor for laptop

Good evening folks!

I am not a pc expert so i wanted to know if you folks could recommend a couple of 17" 1080p 60HZ monitors, that is supposed to be used as a secondary monitor for a laptop for home office? It should be affordable and i would be ordering it off of amazon.de. It would be good if it is also a display type, that doesnt give you sore eyes quickly
