USB Headphones recognized as speakers

My Sades usb headphones are recognized as speakers instead of headphones making everything really loud. I have the correct drivers, I just need to know if theres a way to fix this. help.

Where are you seeing this? I am curious is all, not questioning you.

Is there a reason you dont just turn down the volume?
