How to know what PCIe speed gpu is running at?

I looked in GPUz earlier and it says that my GPU is running in 16x at PCIe 1.1. Is there any other software that I can double check this in?

Asus users can check and change value in BIOS.

 

EDIT: At least ROG users can... not sure about other product lines.

Start the render test, I bet it jumps to 3.0.

Nvidia GPUs idle low, you need to give it some load like decoding a video or running a game. Heck even GPU-Z's render test will do.
