Need help with capturing tv screen

My church has a 2 in 1 labtop connected to a TV for Bible study. Is their a way for me to capture the the TV screen to may labtop so I can livestream it using obs.

The 2 in 1 only has one hdmi out and my labtop is livestreaming the camera feed

HDMI capture card.

If the tv is connected to the laptop, its acting as another display already, so you should be able to capture the screen as is in something like OBS

If connected correctly yes.
But its not really capturing the TV just the signal the TV gets. But you will need physical access since you need to put the capture device between them.
2in1 --> capture device --> TV
